All products sold on this website are digital downloads. No physical items are shipped.

Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all sales are final once the download has been delivered.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for digital downloads.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds are not provided for digital products except in the following situations:

• You received the wrong file
• The file is corrupted or incomplete
• You are unable to access or download your purchase due to a technical issue

If any of these occur, we will gladly:

• Provide a replacement file, or
• Issue a refund when appropriate
